Cancellation Policy
Important Updates: Pricing and Cancellation Policy:
I want to share some significant updates regarding my pricing and cancellation policy, which will take effect in the new year of 2026.
Pricing Update:
In my pursuit of delivering the highest quality service, there will be a price adjustment for all treatments. I have personally discussed the new adjustments with each client at previous appointments. If you are seeking effective yet budget-friendly facial options, I offer “mini facial”services, including the popular “mini-microneedling.”
As a gesture of appreciation for your loyalty, I am delighted to continue providing VIP pricing for each facial when you maintain two consecutive appointments, meaning no cancellations or rescheduling.
Updated Cancellation Policy:
To better serve all my clients, I am introducing a new cancellation policy. If there are two instances of cancellations or rescheduling, a prepaid deposit of $50 will be required for any future appointments. This deposit will be held as a cancellation or rescheduling fee if necessary. This measure ensures that all clients have timely access to appointments and helps me manage my limited availability more effectively.
If you are canceling 48 hours prior to appt time the fee is half of service/s total.
If you're rebooking a touch-up & the time lapse has been over 12 weeks (through to 20 weeks, after that is refresh price) for any PMU service there will be a $75 charge for touch-up.
*Please note there is a non-refundable deposit of $50 due for any PMU service, goes towards appt total. Thank you,
